Installation & Implementation
- The implementation process is a key part in getting any system up and working. In order to enable this to be successful we recognise the fact that this will take time and commitment from both parties.
- We will provide an engineer on-site setting up the system, training the users, assisting them and answering any queries that they may have as they start to use the system.
- We will make any modifications that they may require in order to satisfy any unique requirements that you and your customer may have i.e changes to document layouts
- Where possible we will extract information from existing systems to streamline the process of moving to a new system e.g customer & creditor databases
