Online Booking System (OBS)
- Customer input screen is configured per customer account based on their specific requirements e.g.,
o Predefined quantity and types of pieces.
o Predefined single or multi docket.
o Predefined Services
o Pre-uploaded contacts and delivery addresses
o New delivery details can be added at any stage - Customer has ability to confirm job before it is sent to IFMS
- Jobs can be pre-booked by customer and sent when required
- Customer can print labels for the packages if required.
- Customer uploads bookings and these are automatically imported as jobs into IFMS.
- Rates sheets can exist for these jobs thereby automatically rating the job.
- Customer receives IFMS job number to confirm that job has been received and processed by you.
- Customer can view Job Status / POD online as required.
- Customer can output to Excel list of all jobs which have been processed via OBS.
